Prior to joining Ramada Downtown, Arora was the resident manager of Vida Downtown and Al Manzil Downtown Dubai, where he served as executive assistant manager and front office manager before his promotion. As the property’s general manager, Arora is responsible for the overall hotel operations and supervision of all departments. He is tasked to oversee the property’s budget and financial plans, as well as the planning and implementation of different sales and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy and increase revenue.
