Karameh joins the team after spending two years at the Dubai sales office of Raffles Praslin Seychelles, where he was the assistant director of sales. Prior to that, he was director of business development at Bon Tours, and also spent two years overseeing international sales at JA Resorts & Hotels. A graduate of the Lebanon Institut Moyent Orient Affilie, Karameh came to the UAE to pursue a career in hospitality, starting as front desk shift leader at Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien and Dar Al Sondos Hotel Apartments by Le Meridien before moving in to sales where he specialised in corporate account development.
