Hilton Al Ain will welcome another seasoned hospitality operator following the appointment of Jacques Claudel as general manager. Claudel, a graduate of Strasbourg’s renowned hotel school, has worked with Hilton Worldwide for 19 years across key markets in France and Morocco and, more recently, as general manager at the company’s biggest hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, the 475-room Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa.
