Daniel Burstein has been appointed as Director of Restaurants at Renaissance Doha

In his new role, Burstein will oversee operations at eight restaurants, including the New York Steakhouse, Champions Sports Bar, Cucina Italian Kitchen, and Ipanema Brazilian Churrascaria. Burstein brings 14 years of F&B experience to his new role. Prior to joining Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel, he was food & beverage manager at Hilton Auckland. He began his career in F&B operations at the Old Westbury Gold & Country Club in New York, followed by managerial roles in Germany, UAE and Seychelles and then New Zealand where he worked for three years.

Daniel Burstein is an alumnus of MODUL University Vienna | Department of Tourism and Hospitality – Class of 2001.
