In his new role, Burstein will oversee operations at eight restaurants, including the New York Steakhouse, Champions Sports Bar, Cucina Italian Kitchen, and Ipanema Brazilian Churrascaria.
Burstein brings 14 years of F&B experience to his new role. Prior to joining Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel, he was food & beverage manager at Hilton Auckland.
He began his career in F&B operations at the Old Westbury Gold & Country Club in New York, followed by managerial roles in Germany, UAE and Seychelles and then New Zealand where he worked for three years.
