Wille has spent more than 20 years in the luxury hotel business working for brands such as Hilton and Starwood, before joining Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest as a director of finance. In May 2011, he was appointed executive assistant manager at Kempinski Grand & Ixir Hotel Bahrain City Centre in Manama where he played a significant role in the openings of the Grand and Ixir towers in September 2011 and March 2013 respectively.

Florian Wille is an alumnus of IMC Fachhochschule Krems – Class of 1998.
