Gaillard has been with InterContinental Hotels Group for 15 years, during which time he has served in various positions in conference and banquet services, food and beverage, and operations management. Most recently, Gaillard was hotel manager at InterContinental Doha The City, where he managed the hotel from the pre-opening phase and during its first two years of operation. He earned a Master of Arts in Catering and Hotel Management in 1996 from the European School of Catering and Hotel Management in Illkirch-Graffenstaden. He also received technical certifications from the Catering School of Blois.
