Boasting over 36 years of hospitality industry experience, Fanous, an American citizen with Lebanese origins, kicked off his career in the USA at the Holiday Inn Bedford Texas, where he worked in the front office. Working his way up the hospitality ladder, he then moved on to manage various properties in the USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq. As general manager, Fanous is to take charge of the overall operation of the 150-room property, guiding the management team to maximise its operating efficiency and guest satisfaction, while achieving profitability and quality service.
