An accomplished learning and development professional, Borini joins Al Manshar Rotana, Kuwait from Holiday Inn Muscat, Oman, where he served as a training manager. In his newly assumed position, Borini will hold responsibility for managing the property’s training function. He will develop and conduct training courses and facilitate training workshops based on operational requirements. Adding to this, he will analyse colleague development needs in the hotel; deliver a range of professional quality training and development programmes; evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery by supervisors; conduct ‘Colleague Development Needs’ analysis; and prepare an Annual Learning & Development Plan and budget accordingly. Borini will also select departmental trainers and assist them in training and developing with workshops and monthly meetings.
