Guido Bayley has been appointed the new cluster general manager for the Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island and the Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island. A highly experienced hospitality professional, Bayley joins from the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London where he has been the general manager for the last five years. Bayley has been with the Rezidor Hotel Group for the last 18 years and has worked in six different countries including South Africa, Hungary and Germany. He brings a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the opening of new hotels, having opened a number of new properties globally. He also has a solid base in food and drink, an area he will be developing for the two hotels. Bayley will now lead the team at both hotels to ensure revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met. He will focus particularly on the consistent operation of the hotels' rooms, restaurants and meeting spaces maximising opportunities to deliver profitable results.
