Marcus Dudley has been appointed as General Manager at Mövenpick Hotel Doha

Dudley brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his new role, and was most recently executive assistant manager in charge of operations at Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate. Dudley was part of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ Talent Development Centre, a company programme which works with executive assistant managers and prepares them for future general manager roles. Dudley joined the hotel group in 2011 as director of food & beverage at the Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Hotel. He has previously worked in Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe, as well as the Middle East with operators such as Mandarin Oriental, Hyatt, Orient Express Hotels Groups, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Dudley received his chef’s diploma in the UK in 1992, went on to complete postgraduate study with Cornell University.

Marcus Dudley is an alumnus of Cornell | Executive and Professional Education – Class of 2015.
