Agnes Clarke-Hlavacs has been appointed as Manager Revenue Optimization Middle East at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group

Clarke-Hlavacs began her career at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London where she was successful in guiding the property through a challenging economic climate to significantly exceed the room revenue budget. She then moved to the Kempinski Bahrain where she was initially responsible for setting up all necessary distribution and revenue management systems as well as the ongoing business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Clarke-Hlavacs will now be responsible for the UAE, Jordan, Egypt and Oman and is tasked with growing hotel revenues in the hotels located in these destinations. She will assist the hotel teams in developing optimal segmentation and pricing strategies and will monitor market-share performance to guide and implement appropriate strategies. Clarke-Hlavacs was most recently the cluster director of revenue for two properties: Radisson Royal Hotel in Dubai and Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah.
