Magda Wells has been appointed as People Training Manager at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

The new training manager, Wells, has worked in various hospitality roles in the United Kingdom, South Africa and the UAE. Wells has more than 10 years’ experience and is passionate about increasing and improving industry service standards, productivity and creativity. She joins the Kempinski family from the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa, Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, where she was training manager for the past two years. Prior to that, Wells worked with the Hilton Durban in South Africa as training manager for three years. A Polish national, Wells is fluent in Polish and English. She has a Masters degree in Sociology, a diploma in Hospitality Management and pursues on-going development and training in her field.
