Millennium Resort Mussanah has appointed Khalid Yousuf Al Balushi as the new HR manager. In his new role, Al Balushi will be responsible for helping the resort fulfill its intentions to hire more Omani nationals. The resort currently has 99 Omani nationals on staff and offers training to staff at Millennium hotels worldwide. Al Balushi has 19 years of experience in human resources. This new appointment at the Millennium Resort Mussanah will be his first role within the hospitality industry. Al Balushi’s previous roles have been at the Ministry of Interior, Larsen & Toubro Heavy Engineering, Oman Investment & Finance Co. and the Oman Automobile Association.
