Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach - Dubai has welcomed Hossam El Said as its director of food and beverage (F&B). Heralded for his passion for Food and Beverage, El Said brings with him more than 15 years of international experience within the industry. His career has taken him from Sharm El Sheikh to Abu Dhabi and now to Dubai. Although holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, El Said began his career in a humble position as a waiter and made his way up to the top. Growing through the ranks, El Said held positions such as restaurant and bar manager at Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre, Dubai, and subsequently joined the Rotana family in 2010 as assistant food and beverage director. In 2013, he was promoted to director of food and beverage for Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island where he held the position for two years before joining Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach, Dubai.
