Having served at several Hilton and Starwood properties prior to his appointment, the Serbian-born Acimovic is returning to the UAE capital with a wealth of experience managing luxury hotels and resorts in the UK, Australia and the Middle East. Also an Australian citizen, his hospitality industry journey began some 26 years ago. Most recently he was the general manager of Le Meridien Abu Dhabi.
