Dimitrios Kotsifakos has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at St Regis Abu Dhabi

St Regis Abu Dhabi has appointed a new executive assistant manager food and beverage, as well as a new director of sales. Dimitrios Kotsifakos takes on the role as executive assistant manager food and beverage at the hotel, while Emil Nilsson joins as director of sales. Kotsifakos brings 12 years of F&B experience to the role. He has previously worked with Fairmont Le Montreux Palace in Switzerland, Hilton London Metropole and Ios Palace Hotel & Spa in Greece. Originally from Greece, Kotsifakos joined Starwood in 2010 as complex assistant director of food and beverage at Costa Navarino in Greece. Kotsifakos moved to the Middle East in 2011 to work for the Grand Hyatt Dubai as assistant director of F&B. He later worked as director of F&B at the The Westin Abu Dhabi, and at the Sheraton Grand Doha. Kotsifakos holds a diploma in hotel management from Le Monde School in Greece and a Bachelor of International Hotel Management from S.H.M.S University in Switzerland.
