Olivier PIERRE ESSEC IMHI 2005 has been appointed as Senior Operations Manager Al Karam Al Arabi Catering Services Company, Kuwait City. Upon graduation Olivier worked for Apanole Exportacao Ltda Brazil as Export & Sales Manager for 3 years, then, joined Sodexo Abu Dhabi as Commercial & Operations Manager for 3 years and Area Operations Manager for another 3 years. Based in Brazil, Olivier created in 2014 his own company as consultant providing consulting services for the development of a restaurant chain in Morocco, operational training in UK and opening of a bakery plus a restaurant in Brazil.
