Makarem Annakheel Village announces the appointment of Hashem Al Almowallad as Human Resources in Charge with immediate effect. In this new role, Hashem will be responsible for maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Hashem has been with the company since 2009 and most recently held was Human Resource Supervisor. With significant experience in Jeddah – KSA , Hashem brings a valuable level of experience to the Makarem Annakheel Human Resources Development team.
