Bicaldo brings with her more than ten years of HR experience accrued mostly within the hospitality industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in social science, and started her career in hospitality in 2009. In her new role, Bicaldo will be responsible for handling the HR operations for all colleagues at Nour Arjaan and will be expected to align the hotel’s HR strategy with the overall business strategy for upcoming business challenges.
