The hotel's new EASM, Butscher, started his career with Kempinski two years ago when he took on the role of director of food and beverage. Prior to this he had worked for 15 years in the hospitality industry, across India, the Middle East, Asia and Europe. During this time he held different managerial positions in F&B for Hyatt and InterContinental, including EAM in charge of F&B, director of F&B and assistant director of F&B.

Patrick Butscher is an alumnus of WIHOGA School of Management for the Hospitality Industry – Class of 1998.
