Ahead of its opening this month (December 2016), the AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio – A Collection by Hilton, the first Curio hotel in the Middle East, has revealed the property's ExCom members. Shaik Basha is the property's executive chef, with this hotel making it his sixth pre-opening throughout his career. Basha has more than six years’ experience as an executive chef and 16 years working in the kitchen. He has been a part of the Hilton family since 2012, when he joined as executive chef of Hilton Shillim Retreat & Spa in India.
