Qatar’s Aiana Hotels and Resorts has appointed Arshad Sayed as the regional director of sales for the GCC. He will operate Aiana Hotels & Resorts regional sales office based in the Jumeirah Lake Towers community. Sayed is a seasoned hospitality professional with industry knowledge and skill in the Middle Eastern hospitality market of over 25 years. Specialising in sales, marketing and business development, he will be heading the sales office overseeing and leading the GCC sales. Sayed will be involved with Aiana’s first property in Saudi Arabia - Aiana Makkah. He will utilise his extensive global expertise to bring to life the first Aiana Makkah property, channelling his focus on sales and positioning of the property as a forerunner in the four-star category hotels.
