The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has appointed Raghu Menon as general manager of the luxury hotel. In this role, he will be primarily responsible for managing the hotel operations and maintaining the unparalleled service excellence that is synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton brand, for guests to create indelible memories. Menon is a graduate of the International College of Hotel Management, Sydney and worked his way up through the food and beverage (F&B) industry starting as an F&B Intern. A true role model of the brand and an inspiring leader, Menon was previously general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore since 2014, achieving great success in topline revenues, double digit growth in F&B, improved GOP margins, increased guest engagement and reduced labour turnover. With over two decades of experience in the hotel industry, an extensive experience in F&B operations and a solid understanding of the brand, Raghu is the ideal candidate to lead The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre to the next level of success.
