With more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, Malhotra started his career with Hilton in 2011. He began as cluster assistant finance manager for Hilton, before becoming finance manager at London Hilton on Park Lane, rising to the role of director of finance in 2015 for a cluster of two Hilton hotels. During his tenure with Hilton, his team was named the 2014 Finance Team of the Year - selected from all the Hilton finance teams within Europe - and he received his Certification in Leadership 2 by Hilton in 2011.
