Melanie Munoz has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Kempinski Hotel Ajman

A French national with 14 years’ experience, Melanie Munoz has worked for exclusive five star properties (Starwood, Club Med and a few independent luxury hotels) in various countries across the world in places such as Nice in France, Palmiye in Turkey, St Barthelemy in the Caribbean Islands, Wellington in New Zealand, Bora Bora in French Polynesia and, lately, Phuket in Thailand. Melanie Munoz has recently joined the F&B team at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, where she leads a team of 75 employees. She will be in charge of repositioning the F&B offerings of the hotel, having successfully launched various F&B concepts and initiatives in her previous roles.
