Arun Pillai has been appointed as Front Office Manager at M Hotel Downtown by Millennium

Arun, bringing over 10 years of experience in hospitality, has been appointed to manage the Front Office Department and Health Club of the new M Hotel brand under Millennium & Copthorne in Business Bay. Prior to joining M Hotel Downtown by Millennium, Arun served as the Assistant Front Office Manager at Millennium Plaza Hotel, Dubai from 2011 where he managed the hotel’s preopening operations. Arun worked for various hotel brands like Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, Jebel Ali International Hotels in Dubai and started his Front Office career in Hotel Tea County and Club Mahindra Resorts in India. In his current role, Arun will be responsible in handling the overall front office operations and delivering exceptional level of customer service.
