Timur Ilgaz has been appointed as General Manager at The Cove Rotana Resort

Rotana Hotel Management has appointed Timur Ilgaz as the general manager of The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. Prior joining Rotana in 2007, Ilgaz was the general manager at Hawthorn Deira. He has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry where he worked previously in different countries such as Turkey, Canada, Czech Republic, and Kazakhstan. Ilgaz has managed and lead Al Ghurair Rayhaan and Arjaan by Rotana, opening and operating of Amwaj Rotana in Jumeirah Beach and the renovation project of Jumeirah Rotana in Dubai. In his new position, Ilgaz will oversee the resort, village focusing on commercial growth and strategic directions in conjunction with the Rotana brand’s strategy.
