Ivan Vidal has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine - La Tablita at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

Ivan Vidal
Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is pleased to announce the appointment of Ivan Vidal as La Tablita’s new Chef de Cuisine. Chef Ivan has had an incredibly prolific culinary career having worked in over 20 restaurants in the past 14 years. Food was always an integral part of the family, having taken his first steps as a Chef 23 years back at his father’s restaurant. Later in life he studied Culinary Management both in Mexico and Switzerland learning about local gastronomy as well as European Gourmet Cuisine. A “homegrown” chef hailing from Mexico City, Ivan explains that “his love for cooking and food, is the force that moves him” and that the ethos of his method is “to respect the traditions that have been passed down to him, while at the same time making the most of globalization and the exchange of culture that we enjoy today”. Having recently landed in Dubai, he is sure to infuse La Tablita with more of what it’s known for: the best tacos, plenty of fun and authentic Mexican flavor.
