Dorchester Collection announces the appointment of Wendy Potter as chief financial officer. Wendy brings a wealth of financial and commercial experience to Dorchester Collection, joining from her most recent position as chief financial officer with Sandals Resorts, where she worked since 2011. Prior to this, Wendy spent four years in Dubai as vice president finance and commercial operations for Kerzner International, following a stint as director of finance and commercial operations for Sodexho UK/Europe, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Other past experience includes director of finance positions at Scottish & Newcastle PLC, Capital Radio Restaurants Ltd, County Hotels Ltd and Eurostar, having started her hospitality career with Hilton Hotels.
