Firas, who is Jordanian, joined Rezidor in January 2003 as Front Office Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh. Since then he has held various positions including Operation Manager. He joined The Radisson Blu Royal Suite Hotel, Jeddah and promoted in January 2017 as Executive Assistant Manager , which was his most recent position. Firas enjoys exploring innovative ways of doing things more efficiently, learning and meditating. His inspiration is Mahatma Gandhi as he used words instead of methods to stimulate others. A motivated team and pleased guests is what puts a smile on Firas’ face. Firas sees it as a daily challenge to exceed his guests’ needs and expectations. Firas succeeds Abdelsalam Al Tamimi, who was appointed General Manager of the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industrial City.
