Rafael Peterkovic has been appointed as Director Of Food And Beverage at Ajman Hotel managed by Blazon Hotels
The German national will lead the food & beverage department at the property. His last position was executive chef on Viking Ocean cruise ship, while catering more than 930 guests daily and overseeing both kitchen and F&B service operations.
Peterkovic has worked for a number of international hospitality brands such as Westin, Kempinski, Le Meridien, in addition to cruise ships such as M/V Seaborn Quest.
