Elie Saliba has been appointed as Resident Manger at InterContinental® Doha
lie started his career with InterContinental Hotels Group in 2002 and brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including directing a team of 500 employees in food preparation and service delivery, planning and coordinating training, maintaining operational excellence, and working with franchising management.
Prior to joining InterContinental Doha, Elie was the Food and Beverage Director at InterContinental Jordan - Amman, where he successfully led the expansive F&B operation for two and a half years and launched a countrywide loyalty program for IHG hotels in Jordan, which resulted in a high level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty.
A graduate of the American University of Beirut with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management, Elie is a passionate hotelier and always aims to achieve great successes with the team while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

During his spare time, Elie enjoys spending quality time with his family and his pet, as well as watching movies. Also, a basketball player, the athletic side of him likes camping and be out in nature.
