Subramanian Suryanarayanan has been appointed as Director Food & Beverage at Amwaj Rotana
Subramanian Suryanarayanan has been appointed as the new director of food and beverage at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.
He has previously worked at Jumeira Rotana in 2011 heading the food and beverage team. Subramanian has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with the Intercontinental Hotel Group, Great Hotels of the World and Leading Hotels of the World.
Holding a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the National Centre for Vocational Training in Bangalore, India, he started his career in the United Arab Emirates with Al Bustan Rotana Dubai in 1997.
In his new position, Subramanian will oversee all aspects of Amwaj Rotana's food and beverage department consisting of five signature concepts and restaurants including famous American-Japanese Teppanyaki chain, Benihana.
