Nick Trainor has been appointed as Vice President of Engineering at McKibbon Hospitality
McKibbon Hospitality, an award-----winning leader in the hotel development and management industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Trainor as Vice President of Engineering. In his new role, Trainor oversees engineering for McKibbon Hospitality's entire portfolio including each property's maintenance department, ensuring all hotels are operating safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory agencies.
Trainor brings more than 25 years of experience to McKibbon Hospitality. Prior to joining the company, he worked as the Director of Engineering and Construction for Chesapeake Hospitality. In this role, he managed numerous new hotel construction and renovation projects for select and full-service brands including Aloft Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Doubletree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Sheraton.
In his role with McKibbon, Trainor manages fire and life safety systems, green systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. He also works closely with McKibbon's corporate operations team as well as the hotel teams to provide guidance and support relating to guest satisfaction scores and brand quality assurance inspections.
McKibbon Hospitality manages nearly 80 hotels across the country and represents brands including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt.
