Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort has welcomed Swiss national Fabrice Ducry as the hotel's general manager. Ducry, who brings 20 years' experience to the role, has worked with several regional and global brands, such as The Ritz-Carlton, AccorHotels and Emaar Hospitality Group. Holding several leadership roles in luxury properties from beach resorts to gateway city hotels, he has operated in various global markets and destinations such as the US, the Caribbean, Mauritius, South East Asia and Dubai.

Fabrice Ducry is an alumnus of EHL Hospitality Business School – Class of 1998.
