Souffian Zaeraoui has been appointed as Complex GM at Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan
Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan has appointed Souffian Zaeraoui as the complex's new general manager.
A French-Moroccan national, Zaeraoui has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He began his career with Marriott and Sofitel Hotels in Paris.
He then joined Novotel Cardiff Centre in United Kingdom, working across food & beverage and rooms.
A move to India was next, and Zaeraoui opened the Pullman Gurgaon Central Park in India as operations manager.
Prior to joining Novotel & Adagio Al Bustan, Zaeraoui was the hotel director at Novotel & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha.
Zaeraoui holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management, IMHI from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
Souffian Zaeraoui is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 2011.
