He will oversee Fairmont Nile City, Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor, Sofitel Taba Heights, Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah, Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Aswan, Sofitel Le Gabriel, Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna, Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City, Mövenpick Resort Taba, Mövenpick Resort Soma Bay, Mövenpick Resort Sharm el Sheikh, Mövenpick Resort El Sokhna, Mövenpick Resort El Quseir and Mövenpick Resort Aswan.

In his new position, he will support AccorHotels' growing portfolio in Egypt, working to establish strategic direction and build business partnerships.

Naboulsi began his hospitality journey with the Fairmont brand in 1991 as regional director of sales and marketing, at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotels in Alberta, Canada. He then became the hotel manager and later the general manager of two other Fairmont properties in Canada between 1996 and 2001, before moving to Dallas, Texas, to work as the general manager of Fairmont Dallas.

Naboulsi joined Fairmont Nile City in 2007 and has worked there ever since as general manager and regional vice president, Egypt, before being promoted to his new position.
