An industry specialist, Simon brings with him over 20 years of Executive Search experience. He has spent the last four years as Managing Director of Europe & Middle East for HVS Executive Search where he has established an impressive track record in leadership recruitment across the hospitality sector. Prior to this Simon was head of Berkeley Scott's Executive Search practice before taking over as Managing Director. He is also well known to many within psd, having worked at Portfolio before psd acquired it in 2004. Over the last 20 years, Simon has developed an in-depth expertise in the Executive Search business in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure industries. Simon has also held various senior and general management roles in luxury and boutique hotels across the UK. Bringing Simon to psd allows us to build on this already highly successful practice, increasing our depth of industry expertise and operational capability across the dynamic and fast-moving Hotel, Leisure and Travel sectors.
