Daphne J. Dufresne has been appointed as Director at Condor Hospitality Trust
Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE American: CDOR). The Board of Directors of Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. is pleased to announce that Daphne J. Dufresne has been appointed as Chair of the Condor Board. Ms. Dufresne has served as a director of Condor and as a member of its Investment Committee since June 2015.
Ms. Dufresne is a Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring middle market industrial and business services companies. Ms. Dufresne's over 25 years of business experience includes previous positions with RLJ Equity Partners, Parish Capital Advisors, Weston Presidio Capital and Bank of Scotland's Structured Finance Group. Ms. Dufresne is also a director of United Natural Foods, Inc. Ms. Dufresne received her B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
