Wissam Al Shater has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Al Ain Rotana
Al Shater has 15 years of professional experience in the culinary field. Prior to his appointment at the five-star property, he was a cluster food and beverage manager for Centro Capital Center and Capital Center Arjaan by Rotana.
As director of food and beverage, Al Shater will be overseeing six dining and entertainment venues comprising Trader Vic's, Min Zaman, Zest, Atrium, the Moods lounge bar and the Aquarius pool bar. He will also supervise in-room dining, banquets, and catering events.
