Hyatt's Andaz Dubai The Palm has appointed Kifah Bin Hussein as its general manager.
Hussein, who has 22 years' experience in the hospitality industry, previously worked at Hyatt in management positions across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Poland and Dubai.
Hussein is passionate about reducing his carbon footprint and plastic usage, and looks forward to being the driving force behind these values at Andaz Dubai The Palm.
He enjoys family meals where they cook healthy Mediterranean cuisine, using home-grown ingredients, supporting the 'farm to table' movement - a culinary concept he is launching at the new property.
