Fady Atwan has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at voco Dubai
Intercontinental Hotels Group's voco Dubai has appointed Fady Atwan as its director of sales and marketing.
Atwan has more than 17 years' experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. He formerly served as area DOSM for IHG Abu Dhabi and DOSM of InterContinental Abu Dhabi, where his team was identified for achieving the highest RGI growth in AMEA.
An Egyptian national with a bachelor of commerce, prior to this role, Atwan held senior sales positions in Dubai for IHG and other luxury brands across a span of seven years.
In his current role he will be responsible for strengthening the hotel's existing partnerships, keeping an eye on new and emerging markets and promoting brand awareness.
