Andrew Seward has been appointed as Head Concierge at The Fife Arms, Braemar
The Fife Arms, Braemar is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Seward as their new Head Concierge. Bringing over a decade of experience into the role, Andrew will work with guests to create tailor-made experiences to ensure an unforgettable stay in the Highlands.
Andrew began his career at the prestigious country hotel The Devonshire Arms in North Yorkshire, where he spent twelve years creating bespoke itineraries which incorporated activites such as beekeeping, foraging in the Yorkshire dales, as well as juggling a myriad of day-to-day duties on the hotel's busy front desk.
In 2018, Andrew was awarded the coveted Golden Keys by Les Clefs d'Or, a friendly association for elite hotel concierges with just 3,000 members. Following this, Andrew was named Boutique Hotelier's Concierge of the Year.
Drawn to the colder nights, stronger accents and wilder outdoors, Andrew is now thrilled to call Braemar home, especially as he is a Munro enthusiast. He is enraptured by the local whisky and knows just what to do to make the most of each guests time in the Cairngorms National Park.
With a passion for the great outdoors and such diverse experience under his belt, Andrew is the perfect fit for The Fife Arms and is excited to work with this thriving Highlands Hotel.
