Tom Kooij has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Emirates Palace

With over 12 years of experience in the F&B scene, Kooij brings a wealth of knowledge to spearhead the department. Prior to joining Emirates Palace, Kooij was the F&B manager at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.

In 2016, he was first appointed as assistant F&B manager - projects, which further drove his passion for F&B concepts and projects. He was also part of Mandarin Oriental's first-generation Parallel Operating Committee (POPCO) from 2017 to 2019.

Tom Kooij is an alumnus of Stenden University of Applied Sciences – Class of 2013.
