Richard Bleakley has been appointed as General Manager at Element Al Jaddaf
General manager at the new Element Al Jaddaf in Dubai is Richard Bleakley, a hospitality veteran who first joined Marriott in the UK more than 20 years ago. Bleakley started out in the marketing and sales divisions, being made operations director at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in 2007. By 2009 he was already general manager of Northampton Marriott Hotel.
He moved to the UAE in 2012 and now is multi-property general manager for Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf & Marriott Executive Apartments, Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek, Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai, as well as the new Elements hotel.
