Fraser McLaren has been promoted to Chief Finance Officer at Amaris Hospitality

Amaris Hospitality has today announced appointment to its management team as part of its strategy to continue positioning the business as a leading hotel investment and management group, and to support the growth of its expansive portfolio of high performing, internationally branded hotel. The appointment include Fraser McLaren as Chief Finance Officer.

Prior to being appointed Chief Finance Officer, Fraser worked with Amaris Hospitality for several years and most recently held the role of Finance Director with overall responsibility for the management of Amaris Hospitality's financial affairs both internally and externally. As CFO, Fraser will lead the development of the Group's financial strategy to optimise the performance of the business and will increasingly focus on opportunities for growth via acquisition of properties, leases and Hotel Management Agreements. An accomplished leader with a strong track record of delivering business transformation, Fraser is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Formerly a specialist consultant in restructuring and transformation,Fraser invested ten years working with over 50 businesses on a range of programmes from mergers and acquisitions to systems implementations, financing and team building.
