Fares Karam has been appointed as Front Office Manager at Meliã Desert Palm Dubai

Meliã Desert Palm Dubai has appointed Fares Karam as front office manager for the 160-acre estate.

Karam started his career as a front desk trainee in 2005 at Casino Du Lac, Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to his latest role, he was business relation manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Doha, Qatar.

Announcing his appointment, the Desert Palm property said his expertise lies in guest satisfaction, complaint handling and nurturing relationships with guests and clients.

Karam holds a BA in Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland and he is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Fares Karam is an alumnus of Glion Institute of Higher Education – Class of 2006.
