The Belfry Hotel & Resort, an award-winning luxury hotel and resort in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Kirsten Price, Head of People and Culture.
Kirsten Price joins The Belfry as Head of People and Culture with over 20 years in the hospitality industry having previously worked sourcing and developing talent for top hospitality brands including Côte Restaurants, Greene King, and Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants.
In her role, Kirsten will drive the implementation of strategies to continue to build on The Belfry's strong people-orientated culture, ensuring the resort continues to attract the best talent and offers an inspiring and engaging working experience and environment across all areas of the resort.
