Cyndie Flett has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Cabot
Cabot, the developer and operator of master-planned golf resort communities, announced today that Cyndie Flett has joined the executive team as Chief People Officer. Renowned for her coaching and communication skills, Cyndie will lead Cabot's team and people development strategies with a focus on optimizing employees' continued dedication to providing unforgettable guest experiences. Cyndie will leverage her extensive professional background and knowledge to build teams that will drive an exceptional people-focused culture.
A prominent expert on coaching, Cyndie has 25 years of leadership experience across world-class teams in successful high-performance sports and business. Cyndie spent years in the high-performance sports community as a National Team Head Coach and then as the Vice President of Research & Development of Canada's 2M sport coaches.
Cyndie is Affiliate Faculty at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. She holds a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
