Rawail Muhammad has been appointed as Cluster Talent & Culture Manager at Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah

Rawail Muhammad is the new cluster talent and culture manager of Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. He will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assist with the implementation of new strategies and revaluate processes to enhance the service culture through learning and development. He also brings a decade of experience to his new post, having previously worked across Accor.
